HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Holland - Riley Plaza

I need to start by saying that my youngest son (just turned 3) is deathly affraid of ANYTHING to do with hair cuts. In fact, our last experience at a different local salon was do dissapointing that we decided to cut our son's hair at home (terribly, I may add) - just to avoid that kind of treatment ever again. Well today we decided to stop into sport clips and see if maybe they would be a good fit for our son. It was the BEST decision we could have made in regards to his hair care. My son has NEVER gotten a hair cut that did not result in instant fear, tears and screaming. The more frustrated the stylist becomes, the more fear consumes him -- you get the picture. From the minute his name was called I let Roxanna know about our concerns with him. INSTANTLY she leaned down to him and began treating HIM as her client ... not me. I was already impressed. She proceeded to hum songs, massage his head, and react to his cues of anxiousness. You guys.... HE FELL ASLEEP!!! HE FELL ASLEEP during a HAIRCUT! I can never thank her enough for the kindness and patience that she showed him. He liked her so much that he even let her wash his hair! (Another big deal). I am just absolutely blown away by how WELCOME she made us all feel. I never once felt foolish, ashamed or rushed. I'm sure your team already knows how awesome she is...but I needed to be sure you knew about the life changing experience she gave our son and myself. I will be bringing my oldest there this week and we will continue to give our time and money to Roxanna and sports clip. We are so appreciative of you and your team.
